Location Requirements:

• The proposed site should be located on ground floor in a prominent locality, drawing good footfalls.
• The store needs to have good accessibility,visibility and sign age options.
• A Mall location could be considered as the space availiable in the mall is at prime location.

Layout & Space Usage:

• Sehdev Jewellers will provide all product displays and visuals to be used at the store.
• The display products and visuals will remain the property of 9gem.com and will have to be returned to 9gem.com in good condition, at the time of exit strategy.
• The Dealer would use the space allocated, to exclusively display Sehdev Jewellers's products.
• No other products should be displayed in the area enmarked for Sehdev Jewellers.
• In the event of an infringement of the above, Sehdev Jewellers has all the rights to terminate the agreement with immediate effect.
